We're based out of Alexandria, Virginia, and ship nationwide daily!


2. How do you handle shipping?

We use the most affordable and trusted options available, including:

  • Pirate Ship for USPS discounts

  • UPS with discounted rates

  • uShip for larger furniture deliveries

If you're local, we offer free pickup and delivery. Want to use your own shipper? Just let us know—I'm happy to coordinate.


3. How can I get a shipping quote for a larger item?

Easy! Just email jane@goodasgoldhome.co with the item and your zip code. We’ll reply within 24 hours with quotes and delivery options.


4. How often do you get new inventory?

Every. Single. Day.
While it might take a bit to get everything posted, the first to see new arrivals are always my newsletter subscribers, so be sure to sign up!


5. Where do you find these treasures?

We search everywhere, but the majority of our pieces come from downsizing estates in the DMV area.
And have you seen the homes around here?! They're filled with one-of-a-kind finds just waiting for their next story.


6. How long does order processing take?

All orders are processed and ready to ship within 3 business days.


7. Do you guarantee that every description and measurement is exact? Are all Sales Final?

We do our absolute best to ensure each item is described accurately and measured correctly! That said, we’re human — and on occasion, mistakes happen. Please don’t hesitate to reach out before your purchase! We’re always happy to double-check our work, confirm dimensions, or provide additional photos and angles upon request. Transparency is important to us, and we want you to feel completely confident before purchasing. All sales are final, but we truly want you to love your piece.
